Soreness from kegel excercises?
I just recently started trying to do kegel excercises for all the benefits involved and what not. My question is, I'm feeling a soreness that is most definitely associated with a worked out muscle, and I want to make sure its the correct muscles that should be sore from doing kegels. It definitely feels like the correct muscles from how I've been told to find it the muscles you use to stop urination .It's a soreness that if I had to point to it on my abdomen is at the very lower portion of my abdomen. A strange description, though accurate, is that the soreness is in the same place that you get that hurting feeling if you just got a kick in the testicles or anything similar to that.For anyone who has done kegels, does that sounds like I'm working the correct muscles when doing my kegels?

Pc muscles, kegel excercises?
I cant find the muscle, When i try to clench it , as u knw in kegel excercices,, i clench my butt muscles instead,, ive been trying for 3 months now,, cant still isolate the pc muscle in my head, and also at the pee excercise to see how strong the pc muscle is it took me nearly 3 SECONDS to fully stop, i have an immediate 85 % reduction of the flow , but a lil stream goes on so do i have a really weak pc muscle how long should it take to stop the whole flow, and what can i do about the muscle?? ? ? ? ? ahhhhh ,, too bad robert ,, read the question again PPL READ THE QUESTION AGAIN, UR ANSWERIN TOTTALLY DIFFERENT QUESTIONS

What are some other ways to help tighten vagina besides kegel excercises?
I already do kegel but wondering if there are other ways to like i.e. soaking vagina in a bathtub.I already know kegels is a method. I'm curious to see if women try other things too to help their vagina tight. Don't respond if your answer is kegels. Thank you
