I am looking for something that will help in the training of my kegel muscles. I think it's time to move beyond just squeezing them.

My kegel muscles are too strong and it's interfering with my sex life. It sounds really odd, but that's what's happening. I keep squeezing my muscles and it's irritating my boyfriend and pushing him out at some points. And now that I've been more aware of it, that's the only thing I concentrate on throughout intercourse and it causes me to still work the muscles because I'm focusing too much on NOT doing it.
