Developed by Biofeedback Therapist Jennifer Stephens, M.A.
"Jennifer Stephens first approached me about her interest in the natural bladder treatment for urinary incontinence in 1991...When Jennifer described newer bladder control exercises which seemingly offered a “risk-free” alternative to surgery, I was very interested if slightly skeptical. At that time, there were only a few studies which discussed “pelvic floor rehabilitation” via biofeedback techniques. Jennifer’s experience with biofeedback and her excitement over its use to improve pelvic floor strength and decrease incontinence convinced me to look further.
I decided to take a chance on this new approach to incontinence and was not disappointed by what I observed over the years to come. My patients were clearly getting better after seeing Jennifer...."

Question: Do you adult smokers actually care about us non-smokers?
(Posted by: kn012u on 2008-06-25 11:36:30)
I say ADULT because I am looking for ADULT opinions... to me I already know that the teenagers could care less. So, do you Adult Smokers actually care that the smoke is blowing in our face when you walk by? Or when you disobey the laws at the bus stop or near building entrances and aren't 25 feet away? There is a thing called 2ND HAND SMOKE that can kill us too if we inhale enough of your recycled smoke! So grow up and get far far away if you are going to smoke, it is your decision to inhale smoke not ours so dont make us have to.

About as much as you ADULT non-smokers care about us smokers! Seriously, though, I do try to be a considerate smoker, but some of you non-smokers get so uppity I can't help but blow smoke in their faces!

No, I do not care, especially when people whine like this. I don't subject people to my smoke and obey whatever laws there may be. Someone walking by with a cigarette is not going to affect you in any way whatsoever. The wind would disperse it. If you live in a city, then you are breathing way more CO and CO2 from other sources.

I live in louisiana and it is still legal for us to smoke in bars and casinos. everywhere else is prohibited. i am a smoker and i do try to be very aware of others around me. i will go smoke in the designated areas or wait until i leave. but at a bar or at the casino its fair game. if i can smoke there while i drink a beer and listen to good music then i will.

Speaking as an ex smoker, **** off. You're a whiney, self-centered sniveler. You aren't going to die from an occasional whiff of smoke.
