I keep thinking about this old man ...i admire him for his personality ad his ways of tackling things in life..i call him a lot too..but he never does..i now that i should not expect anything as he has a family but i still do...expecting as in responding to me..i just want to make clear that i have no physical attraction to this person but only mental attraction..i respect him a lot and pray for him a lot.plz help me that how do we stop expecting in return from ppl we love.thanks.

Well for my personal experiences there is two way 1) you begin to live in his shadow with the hope one day he see you 2) you just move on and build a new life there is nothing worse in this life to love someone doesn't care about you I know that very well because I was enough stupid to love the wrong person and even I give up I still think about her what I know for sure you will never forget the person you love for the rest of you life.. ps is not your fault its just life!!!

As u like him a lot.... do one thing.... dont call regularly..or dont meet regularly... meet him in special occassions and wish him..like his B'day...like that.. tell him..if he has any problem any time...to tell u.. and u help him....in his life... and dont expect from anyone... love failures...friendship failures...are all these type only...

As you said you have no physical attraction only mental attraction. keep your distance. think positive ! remember and feel happy that you at least know this person in real(not a fantasy) and you had a chance to meet him in real. if you are not married then remember their are eligible bachelors who will have personality like him. if you are married then remember personality and way of tackling things are not inborn, your husband can change if you want him to.. you can try and tell this person that you admire his personality and his way of tackling things in life. (nothing wrong with that, it an compliment).it will take some burden off your mind. i wonder if he is James bond.

List his good qualities and we can find a similar person -Devolop many hobbies ,you will forget him -Learn self hypnotism &give suggestion to brain to do not care him -There are many methods,even meditation and pranayama helps -sing and listen to music Write stories/ poems of your feelings

Dr.Gunjan its not easy as people say but u need to involve ur self in some or the other work and involve with friends make new friends,travel for different different places... thats the beauty of life we love a person its hard to get them. even i am suffering from the same problem mine is more deeper still i go with friends hope u come out of it soon
