Health related articles tell everything about healthy dieting, but when you basically live on eat out’s what is that you can eat? Answer: health related articles do mentions of eating green leafy vegetables, soups and salads that you can opt for when eating out. Go for diet food available in many of restaurants these days and also opt for food which is not fried rather baked or boiled when you are taking an eat out.

To me they are all a joke, ive seen health diets at the book stand at the store all my life, im not fat at all , i eat breakfast when im hungry like every other day i dont eat a diet i eat food, anything, and not top much , and if i go to bed hungry like i do a lot then by 1 am im not hungry any more. people are drainwashed to eat this and that. and all diets are like 7 different items for a meal and 3 meals , so stupid . drink a glass of water when your hungry , get up and move around , do some work , dont do like fat people and sit their and think hopw to loose weight, go do something and your mind will be thinking of something else, people think its a sin to noit eat breakfast or to go to bed hungry, im in grerat shape and if your hungry try some penuts or eat potatos and gravy for lunch and dont eat dinner till 8 pm and just a litle . people stuuf their fat kids with foodd and call it healthy. if they are fat they dont know how to take care of them self right. stop stuffing yourself with so much food , and exersize more ,
