I can't do kegal exercises?
I know what muscle I need to use but I think I must have a very weak pelvic floor muscle when I was younger I used to pee myself whenever I laughed too much and this was quite frequent, and it sometimes happens now but not often. I don't know what to do. When I squeeze the muscle it doesn't feel like I squeeze hard enough and i try really hard sometimes and it still doesn't work. I can't stop the flow of my urine either, i can slow it down a little but thats as far as it goes. Can someone help me please? I've been trying to do kegal exercises for about a year and it hasn't improved at all.

basically I'm looking to do kegal exercises to prevent vaginal flatulence... I don't get it often, I get it once every few months and it embarrasses me to no extent...I'm not loose in the slightest as my boyfriend struggles getting 2 fingers inside, so I don't know if it can be a case of being too tight that can cause this?But I've recently experienced the embarrassment of vaginal flatulence, and it really upsets me because I find it so embarrassing even if my boyfriend ignores it.I heard that doing Kegal exercises can help stop this as when anything goes inside the muscles learn to tighten around what is inside, therefore creating less space for air to get in...But I'm having such trouble finding the muscle that I 'squeeze' also I don't understand what they mean by 'squeeze' whether they mean squeeze out as if your trying to crap lmao or squeeze in as if your trying to hold something in because they keep referring to the PC muscle as the muscle you use to hold in your urine, or stop you urinating mid flow, so I'm unsure if they mean do the same actions that you do when your holding it in... or if they mean squeeze the muscle as in like squeezing outwards? if that makes senseso basically my question is, how do I find this muscle easier and do I 'squeeze' out or in?on another note, is there any other way I can prevent vaginal flatulence, as I said this VERY RARELY happens to me. This is the first time it has happened in 5 months so I only need to know how I can stop it temporarily when I notice its happeningThis is a very embarrassing question for me to ask, as its something that worries me because I don't want my boyfriend to be disgusted by me so please no harsh remarks and lets all be adult about this can everyone please remember... do I squeeze out or in? by this I mean do I squeeze... as if you would when your trying to get the last drops of pee out... or do I do the same motion when you try and hold it in...

Ok so i started doing kegal exercises and they have been workin but do you need to do it before you do your thing or does it wOrk permanently if you keep doing them? I mean do they build the muscle up so you shot further and further?

Questions about Kegal exercises plz help?
First of all, are you suppose to " hold" your vagina the whole time during sex, or are you suppose to hold and contract the whole time? Or are you not suppose to do any of the kegals at all during, and your vag will just be tighter from the kegal exercises?Also, it seems like during movement sex I cant hold the squeeze, but if he's being still I can grab it and he feels it, but once he starts pumping I can't keep holding lol..I hope that makes sense.. Does this mean it's my vagg isn't strong enough or what?
