i am 16 and want to start doing them.

Doing Kegals?
I have not had a child but I just think Im loose based on what others say it does not hurt for me to have sex but Ive only had one partner. I am dong the kegals but doing the stopping pee thing yes I know you shouldnt stop your pee, obviously im not doing that constantly and its really hard to hold it more than a second and the instructions say to hold it for 5 10 seconds and Ive been trying for about 3 months. Kegals & Ben Wall Balls Not Working?!?
I've been doing kegals for what feels like forever.. but nothing seems to be tightening up down there. So I bought myself a pair of Ben Wall Balls but all they seem to do is swell the inside walls of my vagina if i wear them 2 hrs before sex which is great for the 1st 10 minutes of sex.. but then everythings back to not feeling tight again..?
