Am i doing kegels correctly(for men)?
When i do a Kegel i feel the PC muscle but, when i do it i look at my penis and it's moving inward.When i do the Kegel when i am erected i still feel the PC muscle but, my penis is jumping up. Instead of going inward like if i would do a Kegel if i was soft.So am i doing it right?

Ive tried regular kegels for like 2 weeks and it made my PE so much worse.
