Reliable kegel information and natural bladder treatments and kegel exercises. Kegel exercisers
Developed by Biofeedback Therapist Jennifer Stephens, M.A.
"Jennifer Stephens first approached me about her interest in the natural bladder treatment for urinary incontinence in 1991...When Jennifer described newer bladder control exercises which seemingly offered a “risk-free” alternative to surgery, I was very interested if slightly skeptical. At that time, there were only a few studies which discussed “pelvic floor rehabilitation” via biofeedback techniques. Jennifer’s experience with biofeedback and her excitement over its use to improve pelvic floor strength and decrease incontinence convinced me to look further.
I decided to take a chance on this new approach to incontinence and was not disappointed by what I observed over the years to come. My patients were clearly getting better after seeing Jennifer...."

Could I have an overactive bladder (OAB)?
I'm afraid I might have something wrong with my bladder. I'm an 18 year old female, and since I can remember I've had frequent urination and for the past few years it's gotten to the point that I don't want to go out with friends or risk going somewhere where there might not be a bathroom. I pretty much have to go every hour and a half or so, and I can hold it for a long time, but really only if I'm near a bathroom relaxed at home. Some days, I have to go constantly and it's really uncomfortable some days are just normal. I want to get on some kind of medication, but I wonder if I'd qualify. What should I do? What kind of doctor should I see?
When having overactive bladder is it ok to hold ur urine?

It isnt normal for a child/young woman to have an overactive bladder?
On these adverts about over active bladder, they always say " over 50" eg people over 50 may have an over active bladder" I have had a over active bladder since a child, im not sure why. I'd get a sudden urge to go to the toilet and had to go there and then otherwise i couldn't hold it, I go to the toilet every 5 10minutes, its calmed down abit now im older and have had a baby but still going to the toilet every 20 30mins. this obviously caused problems in school and when im out. surely this isn't normal?i went to the doctors alot about this and they didnt really know what was wrong, they told me to hold it for 5minutes when i needed it, this would cause soo much pain and discomfort, so i stopped waiting, apart from that they did nothing. what should i do? contact the badder and bowel foundation?
How long does an overactive bladder last?
I have overactive bladder. Had to go 20 times today. Insurance won't cover my prescription. What to do?
I'm on state sponsored low income health insurance. I used to pay for my overacrtive bladder medication out of pocket when I didn't have insurance, but it's about $200 a month, and I can't afford it. My doctor said they filed an appeal with my insurance company and it is going through an appeals board. Insurance company say they have no record of any appeal. I've only tried one medicine that works for me. I am tired of having to go 10 25 times a day. It is severely debilitating, yet no one considers me disabled. What should I do?Very helpful. The medicine is oxybutynin 10mg. I am searching under manufacturer oxybutynin and who what is the manufacturer of oxybutynin and oxybutynin. I am finding places where people sell it, but I'm not finding who the manufacturer is or their website.
